आज हम आपको बताएंगे कि किसी कंपनी का वैल्यू एनालिसिस कैसे करते हैं।  वैल्यू एनालिसिस करना बहुत ही जरूरी है ताकि कंपनी की सही वैल्यू पता चल सके.  उदाहरण के तौर पर अगर हम रेलवे सेक्टर में इन्वेस्ट करना चाहते हैं तो हमें यह ध्यान में रखना होगा की रेलवे सेक्टर की कंपनियों की रिलेटिव वैल्यू क्या है.  जो कंपनी फंडामेंटली सबसे बेहतर हो उसमें ही इन्वेस्ट करना चाहिए। आपने देखा होगा कि पिछले कुछ समय में रेलवे के शेर अनाप-शनाप वैल्यू से भागे हैं जो उनके फंडामेंटल से कहीं मैच नहीं खातें।  ऐसे में ज्यादातर रिटेलर्स अब इस रेलवे के शेयर में फंस चुके हैं, और उनका अब मानना है कि हमें कंपनी का फंडामेंटल जानने के बाद, उनका एनालिसिस करने के बाद ही इन्वेस्ट करना चाहिए।


मैंने अपने गुरु महेश चंद्र कौशिक जी की प्रेरणा से उनके वीडियो को देखने के बाद एक Excel Sheet तैयार की है. उन्होंने निफ्टी 15 के शेयर पर आधारित एक एक्सेल शीट बनाना सिखाए था. उसको देखकर समझकर मैंने रेलवे सेक्टर के टॉप कंपनियों का फंडामेंटल एनालिसिस किया है और उनकी एक comparative excel sheet बनाई है.  इसलिए इसका पूरा क्रेडिट गुरु कौशिक जी को ही जाता है.


अगर आप किसी और सेक्टर की कंपनी का एनालिसिस करना चाहते हैं तो महेश चंद्र कौशिक जी की वीडियो का मैं लिंक दे देता हूं आप उसे देखकर किसी और सेक्टर की कंपनी का भी एनालिसिस  कर सकते हैं।  फिलहाल मैंने रेलवे सेक्टर की कंपनी का एनालिसिस किया है और उसकी एक्सेल शीट का लिंक में आपको इस लेख में दूंगा। इस एक्सेल शीट को बनाने में काफी श्रम करना पड़ा है, क्योंकि यह गूगल फाइनेंस पर अन्य सीटों की तरह डायरेक्ट फेच नहीं होता है,  मतलब कि इसका डाटा ऑटोमेटिकली अपडेट नहीं होता है. इसको आपको मैन्युअल किसी वेबसाइट पर जाकर वहां से देखकर नोट डाउन करना होगा। कंपनी के वैल्यूएशन को नोट करने के लिए मैंने टॉप स्टॉक रिसर्च नामक वेबसाइट का प्रयोग किया है. आप किसी और वेबसाइट का भी प्रयोग कर सकते हैं.  इस वेबसाइट की अच्छी बात यह है कि,  इस पर यह सारी चीज एक जगह ही मिल जाती हैं. इस वेबसाइट का लिंक मैं आपको इस excel sheet  के साथ ही दे दूंगा।  आप वहां से इस वेबसाइट पर जाकर अन्य सेक्टर की कंपनियों का भी वैल्यू एनालिसिस कर सकते हैं.


इसके लिए मैने एक्सेल शीट में कंपनी का नाम, PE, PB, PS एवं EV/EBITDA का प्रयोग किया है. यह Ratio जितना कम होता है कंपनी उतनी ही ज्यादा वैल्यूड मानी जाती है. इनको एक घटे हुए क्रम में सजाया गया है और उनकी मार्किंग की गई है. मार्किंग करने का पैटर्न बिल्कुल वही है जैसा कि महेश चंद्र कौशिक सर ने अपनी वीडियो में बताया है. उसके बेसिस पर एक्सेल शीट  तैयार करके आपको दी जा रही है, आप इसका इस्तेमाल कर सकते है.  याद रखें, रेश्यो नए रिजल्ट आने पर बदल जाते हैं आपको यह काम बार बार करना होगा.  इसमें वैल्यूएशन कम्पेरेटिव है, यानी एक कंपनी दूसरी के मुकाबले कितनी वैल्यू रखती है. इसको किसी दूसरी कंपनी के साथ कंपेयर करना है तो आपको इस एक्सेल शीट में उसको भी इंक्लूड करना होगा तथा उसकाडाटा आपको मैन्युअली भरना होगा।

JSW Cement IPO: JSW Cement, part of Sajjan Jindal promoted diversified JSW Group, on Friday filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the capital markets regulator Sebi to raise Rs 4,000 crore through an initial public offer (IPO).

The initial share sale comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 2,000 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 2,000 crore by investor shareholders, according to DRHP.

As a part of the OFS, AP Asia Opportunistic Holdings Pte Ltd and Synergy Metals Investments Holding Ltd will offload shares worth Rs 937.5 crore each, and State Bank of India (SBI) will divest shares valued at Rs 125 crore.

The company will utilise proceeds of Rs 800 crore on “part financing the cost of establishing a new integrated cement unit at Nagaur, Rajasthan” and Rs 720 crore on “prepayment or repayment” of outstanding borrowings availed by it.

Its profit for the year was Rs 62 crore in FY24 and Rs 104 crore in FY23.

As of March 31, 2024, it has an installed grinding capacity of 20.60 MTPA (million tonnes per annum) and has an ambition “to reach an aggregate capacity of 60 MTPA”.
