Note:-
For special recruitment to the above posts only reserved category candidates of
S.C and O.B.C. of U.P. are eligible therefore aforesaid reserved category
candidates of U.P. shall apply.
Eligibility Criteria for UPPSC Recruitment:
Educational
Qualification: Candidates must have Graduate from recognized University and
Special Qualification some Posts as Per Official Notification.
Some posts need specific qualifications as prescribed below:
Ø Sub Registrar, Assistant PO (Transport):
The candidates applying for this post should be Law graduates.
Ø District Horticulture Officer Grade-2, D.H.O.
Grade-I/Superintendent govt. Garden: The candidates
applying for this post should be Science graduates in Horticulture
(Agriculture) or degree in BSc in Agriculture or Horticulture.
Ø District BSA/Associate DIOS and other equivalent administrative
posts, District Administrative Officer: The candidates
applying for this post should possess a post graduate degree.
Ø District Cane Officer, U.P. Ag. Service Group B (Dev. Branch): The
candidates applying for this post should be Agriculture graduates.
Ø District Audit Officer (Rev. Audit):
The candidates applying for this post should be Commerce graduates.
Ø Assistant Controller Legal Measurement (Grade-I): The
candidates applying for this post should possess a degree in Science with
Physics or Mechanical Engineering as one subject.
Ø Assistant Director Industries (Marketing):
The candidates applying for this post should possess a post graduate degree in
Arts, Science or Commerce or Technology or they should have a post graduate
degree in Textile Industries of any recognised institute or minimum graduation
degree in Textile Technology.
Ø Assistant Labour Commissioner: The
candidates applying for this post should possess a degree in Arts with
Sociology or Economics as a subject or Commerce/Law.
Ø District Programme Officer: The candidates
applying for this post should possess a degree in Sociology or Social Science
or Home Science or Social Work.
Ø Sr. Lecturer, DIET: The candidates
applying for this post should possess a post graduate degree with BEd.
Ø District Probation Officer: The candidates
applying for this post should possess a post graduate degree in Psychology or
Sociology or Social Work or any qualification equivalent thereto or they should
have obtained a post graduate diploma in any branch of Social Work from any
recognised institute of Social Work.
Ø Designated Officer: The candidates
applying for this post should possess a post graduate degree in Chemistry as
one of the subjects from a university established by law in India or a
qualification recognised by the Government as equivalent.
Ø Statistical officer: The candidates
applying for this post should possess a post graduate degree in mathematics or
Mathematical Statistics or Statistics or Agricultural Statistics from an
university recognized by Law in India or equivalent qualification recognised by
the Government.

Selection
Process: Selection will be made in three successive stages
Preliminary Examination, Main Written Examination and Interview.
Application
Fee:
After filling in the Candidates ‘Registration’ format of the On-line
application, the candidate shall procure the print-out of the E-challan in
duplicate. The E-Challan will be used to deposit the fee in any of the branches
of State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank by the candidate according to
his category. The fee will not be allowed to be deposited by any other mode
except E-Challan. The above fee, according to the category, is as under:-
Unreserved (General): Rs. 105/-
Other Backward Class: Rs. 105/-
Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe: Rs. 65/-
Handicapped: Rs. 25/-
